My favorite program!  The 3-2-1 Method program – a balanced weekly routine designed to maximize your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each week, you’ll complete 3 strength training sessions, 2 Pilates classes (live or on replay), and 1 running session.

 

This program combines power, mobility, and cardio to help you build a stronger, fitter, and more resilient body — all in a structured, easy-to-follow format.

Mommy Program designed for expecting and postpartum mothers. This program focuses on what you can safely do, with exercises and routines tailored to your stage of motherhood.

ABOUT ME

''I know how it feels''

I’ve been on my own journey, and from a young age, I struggled with hormonal issues. I started training in the gym at 16, and although I saw progress, the path I took was unhealthy — it eventually led to anorexia and a disconnect from my inner self.
 

Once I began diving into the world of hormones, and adjusted my approach accordingly, everything changed — not just my inner world, but also how I felt and looked on the outside.
 

Now, with 10 years as a certified personal trainer, I combine my personal experience with deep expertise in nutrition, hormones, mindset, and pre- and postnatal coaching. I help women — including those who are pregnant or have recently given birth — transform their health and well-being.
 

I’ve walked in your shoes and understand the journey through the darkness toward a healthier, more empowered life. I created a coaching approach that is a safe space for everyBODY, where you can grow with confidence, self-love, and purpose.
